Community Guidelines

Standards for respectful, safe and honest creative work on Pyvira.

Respect people and their boundaries

Treat clients, creators and everyone involved in a shoot with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, stalking and unwanted sexual conduct have no place on Pyvira. Do not pressure someone to participate in a scene, location or activity they have declined.

Represent yourself and your work honestly

Keep your identity, portfolio, experience, prices, location and availability accurate. Distinguish your home city from temporary travel plans. Only present work you created or have permission to show, and clearly explain your contribution to collaborative projects.

  • Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credentials or misrepresent verification.
  • Do not create fake bookings, purchase reviews or manipulate ratings.
  • Disclose material AI generation or editing when it affects the authenticity of a portfolio or agreed deliverable.

Keep shoots safe and lawful

Agree on the brief, location, participants and practical requirements before work begins. Obtain required permissions for filming, locations, music, brands and identifiable people. Respect local laws and access restrictions.

  • Do not request dangerous, exploitative or illegal work.
  • Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
  • For legitimate shoots involving minors, arrange appropriate guardian permission and supervision. Never publish identifying information that puts a child at risk.

Protect private information

Use booking details, messages and delivery files only for the agreed work and legitimate support needs. Do not expose home addresses, identity documents, bank details or private conversations. Get permission before sharing behind-the-scenes material or adding a client's work to your public portfolio.

Honor your commitments

Confirm scope, deadlines, revision expectations and usage rights in writing. Communicate delays or cancellations promptly. Submit the agreed work, provide constructive revision feedback and do not demand unrelated extra work as a condition of approval.

  • Never request passwords, payment-provider credentials or verification codes.
  • Do not submit fraudulent payment claims or threaten a bad review to obtain money or extra services.
  • Do not upload malware or use Pyvira for spam, phishing or unauthorized access.

Keep reviews fair

Review genuine experiences and describe relevant facts. Criticism is welcome; personal attacks, private information and fabricated allegations are not. Do not offer rewards in exchange for a particular rating.

Raise concerns responsibly

Use the report controls on a profile or the dispute controls on a booking when available. Include the relevant booking or content reference and a factual explanation; preserve evidence without redistributing harmful material. The Support page lists existing account and booking help options.

In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Pyvira is not an emergency-response service.

Moderation and review

Depending on the seriousness and context of a violation, a response may include requesting changes, removing content, restricting features or suspending access. Fraud, serious safety risks or legal requirements may require immediate action.

A moderation decision should consider the available evidence and allow relevant context to be provided. Send questions or requests for review to info@pyvira.com, identifying the relevant content or booking without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
