Cookie Policy
Browser storage used for sign-in, security and external payment services.
What cookies do
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with relevant requests. Similar browser storage can support related functions. Some storage is needed to keep a requested service working; optional tracking serves a different purpose.
Sign-in storage used by Pyvira
The application uses Supabase authentication cookies to maintain and refresh a signed-in session. Names normally follow the pattern sb-<project-reference>-auth-token and may be split into numbered chunks; sign-in flows may also use a code-verifier cookie.
These cookies are associated with Pyvira's site and support account access. The installed authentication library sets a default maximum cookie lifetime of 400 days, with session refresh, sign-out, browser limits and provider configuration affecting actual persistence. Cookie lifetime is not the same as the lifetime of an access token.
The deployed cookie names, domains and expiration values must be verified in the browser before this inventory is finalized.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-0L3JNLVBLJ) loads only after you enable Analytics in Cookie settings and save your preferences. Rejecting analytics leaves account and booking functionality available. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are not enabled by this integration.
Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_BWTQ2XZDZK cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. This integration configures a lifetime of 180 days, which may refresh with use and may be shortened by browser restrictions. Google also receives connection and device/browser information when the tag runs. Analytics retention in Google's systems depends on the property settings, which still need review.
The page-view events created by Pyvira use generalized route names, a generic page title and no query strings or fragments. Google Analytics Enhanced Measurement must be disabled in the property before deployment to avoid additional automatic collection. A live browser audit is still required.
Your choice is saved in local storage under pyvira.analytics-consent.v1 for 180 days and is then requested again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page session. This preference record is necessary to remember your privacy choice; it is separate from Google Analytics cookies.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal disables the tag, clears this integration's analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded script. It does not erase information already processed by Google; contact info@pyvira.com about data requests.
Stripe and other external services
Checkout and payout onboarding open pages operated by Stripe, which may use its own cookies or storage for payment, authentication and fraud prevention. Google sign-in and external links may also take you to another provider's service.
Choices on Pyvira do not automatically control storage on an external provider's domain. Review the information and controls provided by that service. Exact third-party cookies vary with the service and configuration.
Managing browser storage
You can inspect, remove or block site cookies in your browser's privacy settings. Signing out ends the local sign-in session; clearing or blocking authentication cookies may sign you out or prevent account features from working.
Browser cookie controls are separate from email notification preferences. Deleting cookies does not delete your Pyvira account or transaction records.
Policy review
This inventory must be checked after changes to authentication, hosting, analytics or payment integrations. A production cookie audit remains outstanding. Questions can be sent to info@pyvira.com. See the Privacy Policy for the broader use of personal information.
